The Bowflex Revolution XP Home Gym is the top of the line for Fitness by Nautilus. The choice of sports equipment may have a difficult decision and Bowflex collected a great deal of attention with their infomercials. You might ask, "the Bowflex really?" The sad truth is that many of these products are gimmicks and ads do not work. Sun Bowflex is different?

Bowflex Revolution XP Information:

The Revolution XP Home Gym is what it claims to be a BowflexThe whole body for fitness, 90 years and offers nearly 400 varieties. Bowflex SPIRAFLEX coined the term to describe the underlying technology - but for me this is just another way of saying cable car. With all these exercises, we would expect a quality fitness training right?

Bowflex workouts are different:

The first thing I noticed is working on a Bowflex takes some 'getting used to. Unlike free weights, limits the revolution of your XP that makes it difficultto cheat. Do a curl with free weights is very different from that of a home gym. With the first, it is very easy to handle the shoulders and tricks. With the Revolution XP, there is no momentum, and you are forced to use the correct form. Good form helps a lot in building quality muscle - something I have not found in other home gyms.

Bowflex Revolution XP with:

As with any piece of equipment operation, it must keep a strict training schedule for best results. The XP is notchanges magically transform your body and your life. But with so much versatility and exercises to choose from, the possibilities are endless.

Reasons why I bought the Revolution XP:

I like to work in the comfort of my home. Can a lot of exercises to keep my training, so I can fresh. I wanted all my favorite gymnastic exercises in one machine.
